What makes our product different from what others offer?

Our panoramas are 360 degree   by 180 degree cubic projections, (not just 360 degree cylindrical versions). So, you can see the ceiling and the floor.

We use tone mapped HDR photography to provide detail in the shadows whilst capturing the brightest light.

We use a method that produces movies which load very quickly, retain all the useful detail and can be enlarged full screen at the click of a button.

We want to make you feel you are really there not just peering in through a window the size of six postage stamps.

We tailor make our virtual tour to seamlessly integrate with the design of your website.

We only recommend virtual views that can not identify the property from the road to keep vendors safe from unwanted visitors.

 

 

How much  do we charge?

 

A single, very high quality panorama will cost you £140

Further panoramas are charged at £50 each.

We do a package of £300 for six panoramas and an interactive floor plan of the property used to navigate between each view.

 

We do not charge for travel within a thirty mile radius of Rochester, Kent.*

Additional travel is charged at £25 an hour.

 

* Excluding Central London for which we charge an extra £30

 

What do I get?

 

We provide every client with two different resolution versions of the tour, optimised for use in your office and on your website.

If you do not have a website, we will publish the Virtual Tour on our own for no extra charge.

We give you a detailed timesheet describing what we did and how long it took us.
